Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to handle the maintenance and repair of building facilities. The role involves ensuring electrical systems are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of building facilities
- Certified Electrician
- High school graduate or graduate of any vocational/technical course
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Prepare basic maintenance reports and documentation
- Respond to on-site service calls and emergencies
