Description
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks across various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Assist in emergency response repairs to ensure operational continuity.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:1-3 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies:Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and repairs
- Qualities and Traits:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties:Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Working Conditions:Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor and indoor settings
