Job Description
Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing or mechanical system.·
Perform related test on MEP system and devices.
Operates MEP system and log various operating parameters.·
Quickly identify and rectify problems and escalate as necessary.·
Prepare and administer relevant registers.·
Assist to respond to reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses.
with knowledge in civil works/ all around technical works
Prepare incident reports
Maintain strict schedule in order to be successful in the assignment.
