A Multi-Skilled Technician in Property Management is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
QUALIFICATION:
- With experience as facilities or building maintenance technician
- Basic knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, civil works
- Knowledgeable with mechanical and electrical equipment/system
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
