Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repairs: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC units.
- Preventive Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and cleaning of machinery and building infrastructure to prevent breakdowns.
- Equipment Monitoring: Tracking facility systems to identify abnormalities and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
- Operational Support: Executing electrical/water readings and assisting with facility fit-out projects.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhering to safety regulations, maintaining a clean workspace, and completing documentation such as maintenance logs and safety reports.
- Emergency Response: Responding promptly to emergency requests and resolving issues, often with a "can-do" attitude to minimize downtime.
