Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
- Identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
- Provide product knowledge and support to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum diploma degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in outside sales techniques, social media marketing, sales management, and training.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and maintain customer relationships, meet sales targets, and provide training support.
- Working Conditions: Travel required, predominantly field-based work with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, persuasive, and adaptable.
