- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a diploma degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in social media, sales management, outside sales, sales training, and negotiation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop client relationships, conduct sales presentations, and achieve sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork and client visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, persuasive, self-motivated, and adaptable to challenges.
