Job Title: Moulding Specialist

Salary: 30k

Work Location: Sta Maria, Bulacan

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate activities of the moulding production team
2. Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
3. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
4. Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams
5. Provide training and mentoring to team members
6. Analyze production data and prepare performance reports
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
2. Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes and equipment
3. Experience in injection and blow moulding operations
4. Strong leadership and team management skills
5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting
6. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
