MOULD FOREMAN

Salary: 30k

Work Location : Guyong Sta Maria Bulacan

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Manage and coordinate activities of the moulding production team

 Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement

 Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment

 Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams

 Provide training and mentoring to team members

 Analyze production data and prepare performance reports

 Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

 Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing

 Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes and equipment

 Experience in injection and blow moulding operations

 Strong leadership and team management skills

 Proficient in data analysis and reporting

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
