Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is looking for an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Foreman to supervise machining operations and support the development, maintenance, and efficient operation of production equipment.

This role is ideal for an Engineering graduate with experience in manufacturing, machine operations, drafting, and mould fabrication. The successful candidate will supervise machinists, monitor mould development schedules, evaluate accomplishment reports and fabricated moulds, and ensure machines are properly set up and operating according to production requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise machinists and daily operations .
• Evaluate accomplishment reports and fabricated moulds.
• Monitor mould development schedules.
• Ensure machines operate according to production plans.
• Train and mentor machinists.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2–3 years experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge in drafting and machine operations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
