Description
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed buying decisions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and develop product assortments.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Prepare and present visual merchandising displays that enhance the product appeal.
- Track sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Retail Management, Business, or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with occasional extended hours
