Description
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize product placement and display.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions.
- Assist in the training of retail staff on merchandising best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of retail operations
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a team environment
