Job description:

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the project in terms of site supervision and ensuring that the project is on time, quality and on budget. Monitors all related work activities being implemented on site based on approved work sequence and methodology.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for quantity survey for MEPF works in preparation for committed cost, also responsible for temporary facilities construction.
• Coordinate plans to Technical support head to be use for estimate quantities and coordinate to cost engineer to generate committed costs.
• Responsible for monitoring materials, manpower and subcon accomplishment, ensure that the project will be on cost, time, safety and quality.
• Coordinate to planning engineer to review of plans and construction method for MEPF works.
• Responsible for the Project close out report with regards to project execution for MEPF works.
• Materials test result monitoring for close out documents.

Qualifications

• Must Be willing to assigned to Baquid Coron Palawan
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Sanitary Engineer
• At least 4 years of experience in building construction
• At least completed a project from start to finish
