- Design and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for building projects.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assess project requirements and budgets.
- Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to MEPF systems.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of relevant experience in MEPF engineering projects.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in process improvements, business planning, software testing, project management, operations management, wiring/plumbing engineering, structural design, and electrical systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project design, ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct feasibility studies, and liaise with contractors.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may require flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, and team player.
