Member Services Assistant/Teller screen and evaluate all membership and loan applications in their assigned region. This includes reviewing applications, checking documents, and more. They also handle customer inquiries and ensure that the Association’s products and services are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibility:

• Manages end-to-end sales from lead generation to closing in the assigned territory.
• Willing to be deployed to other regions when needed.
• Coordinates with Head Office teams to meet customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Executes sales plans to expand the member base.
• Processes membership and loan applications following set guidelines.
• Maintains knowledge of products and services.
• Addresses member inquiries on memberships, loans, and services.
• Builds relationships with PNP, BFP, and public safety units to drive deposits, loans, and memberships.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Assists with sales campaigns and provides updates for strategy planning.
• Handles queries on deposits, loans, memberships, and billing.
• Completes other tasks as assigned.

• Graduate of any four year course
• 3 years related experience or Bank teller is a plus
