• Plans organizes, directs, coordinates and controls activities of the Branch to attain overall objectives and targets set by Management;

• Oversees for compliance by the Branch with all Bank policies, guidelines, and procedures as well as the applicable rules and regulations of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), etc.; and

• Implements service standards set by Management to offer the best service to the Clients to foster continued Branch patronage and Bank loyalty. 

• College Graduate of business course or related field preferably accounting, finance, management, and the like; and

• At least five (5) years working in a bank or financial institution.
