Participate as a member of the Medical Social Service Unit of MRDH in updating and improving existing policies on availment of hospital services rendered to indigent patients.
Assists in the evaluation and classification of patient’s seeking eligibility to avail medical social service of the hospital in accordance with the guidelines prescribed in Administrative Order No. 51-A s. 2000 and Administrative Order No. 2007 – 0041
Submit an annual psychosocial profile of patients served.
Documents social issues and concerns in relation to the implementation of medical social services guidelines.
Help in the preparation and submission of quarterly reports to the DOH National Center for Health Facility development (NCHFD).

Educational Qualifications: Must be a Registered Social Worker
Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent patient care abilities, strong communication skills, and adeptness in the latest medical technologies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties: Provide high-quality patient care, manage caseloads, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment; flexible to work shifts including nights and weekends if required.
Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possess strong ethical standards.
