Work Schedule: Moving rest days (2 rest days in a week) | shifting schedule (day shift, mid shift or night shift)

• Provides the highest standards of service to members regarding general inquiries on

benefit utilization, LOA issuance, exclusions, approval status, policy coverage, and other related concerns.

• Handles member complaints and feedback, providing appropriate resolutions consistently

and professionally.

• Coordinates with the technical team, insurers, brokers, or service providers to meet member needs and achieve desired outcomes.

Job Qualifications:

• Completed at least 3rd year in medical course.
• Non-medical course graduates who have experience in a healthcare BPO company.
