Description

  • Represent and promote medical and pharmaceutical products to health professionals and prospective clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Effectively analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize business plans.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and exhibit strong ethical practices.
  • Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and various educational forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Meet defined sales targets and contribute to the overall objectives of the company in the human resources and recruitment industry.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
  • Experience Level: Seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare field.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey product information to healthcare professionals.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing techniques in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and relevant disease states.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Promote and sell company's medicinal products to healthcare providers and specialists.
  • Arrange appointments, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets within designated territory.
  • Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings.
  • Working Conditions: Position may require extensive travel and irregular hours to meet sales goals and attend industry events.
