Work Details
Location: Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan
Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Saturday Includes mandatory 4 hours paid overtime
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Leads daily maintenance operations
- Coordinates manpower and resources
- Oversees mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Ensures minimal downtime and timely task completion
- Prepares and analyzes maintenance reports
- Works with engineering, maintenance, and line teams
- Manages large teams for smooth operations
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily maintenance meetings
- Allocate manpower effectively
- Supervise maintenance activities
- Ensure tasks are completed on time
- Oversee mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Prepare and analyze maintenance reports
- Report directly to executives (VP of Operations)
- Manage large groups across engineering and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer:
- Registered Mechanical Engineer or
- Registered Electrical Engineer
- At least 5 years experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proven leadership/supervisory/people management experience
- Experience handling large teams
