Conduct regular maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime at Manila Bambi Foods Co.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with team for process improvements.
Maintain spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for industrial supplies and services.
Adhere to safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement within a dynamic food production environment.
Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or repair.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in mechanical engineering principles, machine setup procedures, tool selection, reading and interpreting blueprints, and project development. Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, heating systems, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct regular maintenance, diagnose issues, repair machines and systems, ensure equipment meets safety standards, and collaborate with the engineering team to improve maintenance protocols.
Working Conditions: Work may require physical exertion, handling heavy tools, operating in various environments which may include exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
