QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Automotive or Commercial Vehicle (CV) Industry
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or lead role
- Computer literate (familiar with NetSuite or similar systems)
- Strong knowledge in automotive electrical systems
- Strong knowledge in automatic and manual vehicle transmission
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Able to handle workshop operations and team supervision
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and lead the mechanics team in daily operations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle mechanical and electrical issues
- Ensure quality repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and job completion
- Use NetSuite for job tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior mechanics
- Maintain safety standards and workshop discipline
- Coordinate with service advisors and management for repair updates
