• Communicate effectively with team members
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
• Conduct inspections and test materials and workmanship at various stages of precast production
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Identify any potential quality issues and work with the construction team to resolve them
• Maintain comprehensive records of all test activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly test reports for submission to the project management team
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and complies with project requirements
• conduct audits to ensure compliance with the projects QA/ QC plan

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Material Engineer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1-5 years of experience as Material Engineer
• Proficiency in material test procedures and standards in concrete batching plant
• Develop and implement material test procedures for concrete design
• Strong understanding of Material Engineer principles, production practices, and materials
