Responsibilities:

Plant Operations & Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain mechanical equipment such as boilers, conveyors, pumps, motors, and rotating equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues during plant operations

Technical Support

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Review equipment performance and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with operations, electrical, and maintenance teams

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and engineering practices
• Participate in safety inspections and toolbox meetings
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and technical reports
• Assist in inventory monitoring of spare parts and tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• :Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred but not required for junior level)
• Open to fresh graduates or 1–2 years experience
• Willing to work onsite in Bataan
• Knowledge of plant equipment and maintenance processes is an advantage
