Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor Course or College level
• At least 1 year experience in the same field
• Familiar and knowledgeable in Electrical tools and materials
• Member of the Accredited Professional Organization

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the materials, tools, and equipment delivery process
• Manages the head office warehouse
• Receives, with an engineer from the Engineering Department, deliveries to the head office warehouse and properly endorses the relevant documents to the Purchasing Department for proper filing
• Coordinates with the Project Managers (PMs) Project-In-Charge (PICs) for the materials required for each project
• Upon receiving materials requests from the project sites, validates the availability of these materials at the head office warehouse and endorse unavailable materials requests to the Purchasing Department
• Ensures shortage and wastage of materials are minimized if not avoided through:
• Timely delivery
• Acceptable levels of inventory for certain items
• Pilferage control
• Matches the delivery receipts from the project sites with the corresponding materials requests and keeps a database of requests that are not yet served
• Conduct regular ocular inspection/checking of inventories of warehouses and work areas of project sites
• Collates all inventory report from Warehouseman
• Manages the safekeeping and maintenance of all tools and equipment
• Retrieves attendance of Biometrics records of all job sites and submits it to the HRD Payroll
• Monitors and makes sure that all materials, consumables & tools delivered to job sites are of good quality & approved by the designers
• Prepares weekly summary of delivered materials. Provides Purchasing Department and management the same.
• Prepares monthly report of total delivered materials per project and submits to Purchasing and management
• Prepares monthly Tools inventory report in e-file
• Supervises the pullout of materials from the project site and prepares the corresponding report to management
• Recommends measures to safeguard company properties in project sites and warehouses
• Ensures proper filling and safekeeping of all the company’s documents and information, both digital and hard copies which are relevant to deliveries
• Takes responsibility for taking care of equipment assigned to him/her and that within the area of responsibility (e.g computer, printer)
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
