- Planning and executing marketing campaigns that include video, photo, and written content
- Shooting and editing short-form videos and photos for social media, web, and promotional use
- Creating content that feels real, fresh, and aligned with our brand voice
- Managing social media and digital marketing channels with engaging visual content
- Analyzing campaign performance and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Collaborating with sales, design, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life
- Managing marketing timelines, budgets, and priorities
- (If applicable) Mentoring team members or freelancers
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a creative or visual-heavy role
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut)
- Strong photography and photo editing skills (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop)
- A portfolio or examples of videos, reels, or photo content you’ve created
- Experience across digital marketing channels: social media, email, paid ads, SEO
- Clear communication, great organization, and a creative spark
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
