- Collaborate with doctors and health centers to provide client referrals.
- Create promotional materials and distribute them.
- Develop promotional content such as educational and patient engagement materials.
- Post daily and weekly content using social media platforms.
- Answer daily client inquiries.
- Provide promotional and event packages to encourage clients, such as wellness packages, Heart Month promos, and senior citizen offers.
- Organize external company events (medical missions and free check-ups).
- Coordinate with operations teams and monitor feedback and improvements.
- Manage employee documents for HMO accreditation.
