Job Description
- Translate documents and audio recordings from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
- Assist in real-time translation during meetings and conferences.
- Ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness in translations.
- Collaborate with other translators and team members to ensure consistency in translations.
- Maintain a glossary of terms for reference in future translations.
- Candidates who can speak Chinese will be given priority, but those who cannot are also welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0-2 years of experience in translation.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Mandarin and English; familiarity with translation software.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
