WE ARE HIRING: Post-Press Management Trainee (MT)
Precision Crestec Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our team and grow in the manufacturing industry!
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering
- With or without experience in manufacturing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Willing to learn post-press operations and production processes
- Detail-oriented and quality-oriented
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring post-press production processes (cutting, binding, finishing, and packaging)
- Support quality control and ensure products meet company standards
- Help improve production efficiency and workflow processes
- Monitor materials usage and production output
- Prepare reports and documentation related to production performance
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure the timely completion of orders. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
