· Perform routine maintenance tasks in one or more areas

· Clean building floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming)

· Clean windows, mirrors, restrooms, and remove waste and empty trash cans

· Water plants and trim trees

· Keep green spaces and walkways clear of debris and litter

· Vocational or High School graduate

· A minimum of 1 year experience in an office building or manufacturing environment.

· Capable of handling basic maintenance, building repairs, and other janitorial tasks.

· Knowledge of electrical and carpentry work.
