• Painting walls, ceiling, and exterior walls. Oiling door knobs, locks, hinges, and gates as required.
• Repairing and unclogging toilet, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wood floors. Installing and repairing wires, plug, and switches.
• Tracking inventory to ensure adequate maintenance supplies. Ensuring fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits remain in excellent working condition.
• Unlocking apartments in instances where tenants have lost or forgotten their keys. Scheduling repairs that require special technical skills. 

• Must have knowledge and skills in repairing Aircon, Washing Machine, Refrigerator (Appliances)
• Willing to do field work (Other work location: Paranaque and Makati)
• Preferably with own motorcycle
