Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Possession of at least a Diploma degree in a related technical field.
- Experience Level: A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in technical roles such as plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or electrical wiring.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in a range of technical skills including but not limited to technician work, B2B services, plumbing, carpentry, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and electrical wiring. Must also have the ability to conduct effective rehearsals and training.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, providing solutions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with codes, training junior staff, and maintaining a high level of workmanship.
- Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in various environments, which may include exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and physical labor. Availability for emergency call-outs and overtime is required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving ability, detail-oriented, willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
