Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify necessary repairs.
- Assist with emergency maintenance requests.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of hands-on experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems; problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and assist with repairs.
- Working Conditions: May require working in varying outdoor conditions and physically demanding tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
