Description
- Set up and operate machining tools to create precision parts and instruments.
- Perform engine component refurbishing, including resurfacing heads and valve seat cutting.
- Replace valve guides and conduct pressure testing to ensure component integrity.
- Execute crack repair techniques on engine components.
- Utilize measurement tools proficiently to ensure accuracy in machining processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 2 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; experienced in resurfacing heads, valve seat cutting, and valve guide replacement.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledgeable in pressure testing and crack repair procedures.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
