Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CIP Operator to manage the cleaning and sanitation of dairy processing equipment and pipelines. The role ensures that all milk and dairy production lines meet hygiene, safety, and quality standards in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems for milk, dairy, or food processing equipment.
• Prepare and apply cleaning solutions according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of pipelines, tanks, pasteurizers, and other processing equipment.
• Monitor cleaning cycles, temperatures, and chemical concentrations for effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate cleaning records and logs for regulatory compliance
• Inspect equipment before and after cleaning to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or deviations to the maintenance or production team.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety guidelines strictly.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols and handle chemicals safely.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or certificate in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience operating CIP systems in dairy or food processing facilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and adhere to strict sanitation standards.
