Knowledge and Experience on Equipment Maintenance like:

• Routine Care. Perform regular inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and basic maintenance on machinery.
• Troubleshooting. executes preventive and corrective maintenance, and drives equipment improvements to optimize Availability
• Spare Parts. Checking of equipment parts specification and proper coordination with the spare parts custodian on inventories, requisition,
• replacement, and disposal.
• Reporting. Promptly report equipment issues to supervisors; assist in fixing problems.

Qualifications

• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing (Production or Maintenance)
• Have basic mechanical and electronics knowledge..Ability to read and interpret Schematic Diagram, instructions, and machine manuals is a must.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
• Can operate the equipment
• Experience working with customized, non‑standard, or offshore (China‑built) machines
