Description
- Perform regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to manufacturer guidelines and company schedules.
- Lubricate and clean machine parts to ensure smooth operation.
- Diagnose machine malfunctions, and knowledge of mechanical & Electrical systems.
- Collaborate with production operators to identify issues and ensure proper machine operation.
- Assist with the installation of new machines or the upgrade of existing equipment.
- Make modifications to machines to enhance performance or adapt them to new production needs.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Work with the maintenance team to develop maintenance schedules and respond quickly to urgent repair needs.
- Communicate effectively with production teams to minimize machine downtime and disruptions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Comfortable working in noisy, or high-temperature.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
