- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of clerical and administrative logistics personnel.
- Manage the shipment and delivery of materials between locations.
- Schedule product pickups and deliveries using company vehicles or third-party transportation services, and assign routes to drivers accordingly.
- Liaise with courier and trucking companies to ensure timely packing, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.
- Assess company requirements and manage inventory levels to ensure essential items are kept in stock.
- Monitor inventory and recommend reordering of supplies as needed, securing approval from Top Management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned from time to time.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar or related position.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree.
