Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
• Create, process, and monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and goods movement transactions using SAP.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are aligned with operational requirements.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment schedules and material availability.
• Process and validate goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments in SAP.

 Logistics Coordinator – Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred.
• Familiar with last-mile delivery coordination and shipment tracking.
• Strong coordination skills with vendors, warehouses, and project teams.
• Experience in the elevator, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial equipment industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
