Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the selection and management of logistics suppliers to ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and economy of logistics services
  • Manage Impex process and shipment follow-up with broker/forwarder
  • Prepare and monitor PEZA documents (LOA, LOI, Delivery, ECAI, GTSB, etc.)
  • Prepare PEZA EZMPR report
  • Arrange product delivery plans, ensuring goods are delivered to customers on time and safely; prepare DR/Invoice/PEZA documents with delivery
  • Communicate with customers and provide timely solutions for abnormal situations such as cargo loss or damage during logistics processing
  • Coordinate with other departments for customer requirements (plan changes, demand forecast, technical support, etc.)
  • Regularly analyze logistics costs, propose optimization suggestions, and reduce logistics costs
  • Manage RM purchasing — PO, delivery follow-up, payment
  • Manage customer POs (records, balance)

Requirements:

  • Filipino citizen
  • Proficiency in English (for internal communication and documentation)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics or customer service (experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Professional, proactive, and service-oriented attitude
