Assist in daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory management.
Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, carriers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and review shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list).
Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems.
Assist on other commercial issues (contracts, payments, invoices, etc.).
