Job Description
DISPATCHING & DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR
Location: Pasig City
Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000
Schedule: 6 days / Shifting / Holidays
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage the safe, timely, and cost-effective dispatch of finished goods
• Plan delivery schedules and optimize routes
• Monitor transport costs and fleet performance
• Ensure cold-chain temperature compliance and food safety standards
• Coordinate with 3PL and transport providers
• Monitor deliveries, assets, and delivery reports
• Handle delivery issues and unexpected situations in transit
• Lead and supervise the dispatch/distribution team
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs Administration, Business Operations, or related field
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, or cold-chain distribution
• Food industry experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of route planning, fleet operations, cold-chain, and food safety
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
