Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouse and warehouse to clients.
- Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents such as delivery receipts, packing lists, and inventory records.
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies immediately.
- Support warehouse operations such as loading/unloading, labeling, and organizing materials.
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers regarding delivery schedules and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company logistics policies and safety procedures.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the Logistics Supervisor or Manager.
