Qualifications/Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
- With experience in Import/Export process, preferably with a background in Purchasing.
- Knowledgeable in PEZA/BOC rulings, and in using a System.
- Knowledgeable in using Pivot tables, Vlookup, and Microsoft Office.
Job Descriptions:
The candidate to be chosen will be handling the following tasks:
- To handle the follow-up/receipt of shipping documents from overseas suppliers.
- Prepare EIP (Import Permit) and AEDS (Export Permit).
- Coordination with all brokers and forwarders for incoming air & sea shipments.
- Monitor & prepare the schedule of all IMPORT incoming shipments.
- Prepare and accomplish PEZA and BOC forms (8106, 8105, 8110/EZTS, Boatnote, and others).
- Monitor and submit a summary of TSAD to Finance.
- Update & liquidate every 15th and 30th of the month, all the consumed quantity in the LOA.
- Any related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
