- Receive, check, and record incoming finished goods, excess items, and returned products.
- Organize and prepare items for delivery and dispatch.
- Monitor outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Encode and update inventory records in the system accurately.
- Track delivery schedules and coordinate with delivery personnel or couriers.
- Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or delays in deliveries.
- Support continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Graduate of Vocational Course or undergraduate
- With experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management is an advantage.
- Proficient in encoding, monitoring, and basic computer applications (MS Office, inventory systems).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Can work under pressure
