JOB QUALIFICATION:

Must be a Bachelor’s Degree in Customs / Logistics or equivalent

Responsible for coordinating and processing regulatory requirements. This role will oversee all government-related processes and manage imports and exports, which may impact production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily shipping activities
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation
• Schedule transportation and communicate with carriers
• Ensure compliance with customs and export regulations
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments
• Resolve shipping issues and complaints
• Maintain shipping records in the system
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics staff
• Optimize shipping processes
• Report to the logistics manager

SALARY RANGE: 25,000 – 28,000 / depending on experience

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday

WORK LOCATION: Lot No.10A Mountain Drive, Light lndustry & Science Park ll-SEZ, Brgy.La Mesa, Calamba, Laguna.
