Description

  • Loan Processing: Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with loan-related issues.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct credit assessments and risk analyses to determine loan eligibility and terms.
  • Discount Programs: Manage and promote discount programs, ensuring clients are informed about available options.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and discount agreements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to lending and discounts.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on loan performance, discount utilization, and other key metrics for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as underwriting and customer service, to ensure a smooth loan process.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to new staff regarding loan policies and procedures.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitive offerings to recommend improvements to loan products and discount programs.

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in lending, banking, or financial services is a plus.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of loan products, discount programs, and relevant regulations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess creditworthiness and risk.
  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced setting.
