Requirement
- Job Title: Loan Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, financial literacy, excellent customer service, leadership abilities, assessment proficiency, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist clients in understanding loan products, assess financial needs, process loan applications, and maintain customer relationships.
- Working Conditions: Field Work, Long Hours sometimes but it is up to the Loan Officer to budget time
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptable, proactive, reliable, and customer-oriented.
