Description

  • Assess loan applications and determine clients' creditworthiness at Sustainable Community Microfinance Corp.
  • Advocate for financial inclusion by offering tailored microfinance solutions to support community development.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, providing financial guidance and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated team to achieve targets, comply with regulations, and contribute to our mission of sustainable growth.
  • Address customer queries, maintain accurate records, and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications:
  • - Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree is required.

  • Experience Level:
  • - No previous experience required. But prior experience is an advantage.

  • Skills and Competencies:
  • - Strong customer service skills and leadership abilities.
  • - Computer literacy and proficiency in using financial software.
  • - Solid understanding of financial concepts and consumer lending.
  • - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Keen attention to detail.
  • - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Working Conditions:
  • Field Based Role.
  • Own Motorcycle and Driver's License
  • Willing to work rain or shine and longer hours.
