Description

  • Analyze and evaluate the client's financial status and credit to determine loan eligibility.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and financial institutions, advising on the best loan products.
  • Process loan applications and document transactions, adhering to SEDP lending policies.
  • Maintain a portfolio of clients, and conduct loan collections and follow-ups to ensure timely repayments from the microfinance beneficiaries within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Provide excellent customer service, and understanding client needs to promote financial stability within the community.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students with a strong academic record and relevant internships or coursework.
  • Skills and Competencies:Knowledge of consumer lending and personal loan products.
  • Proficient in credit underwriting principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and financial literacy.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in financial software.
  • Demonstrable leadership capabilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: To assess loan applications, manage customer relationships, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and offer financial advice.
  • Working Conditions: Typically an office setting with the possibility of remote work arrangements; may require occasional travel for client meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Looking for candidates who are analytically minded, ethical, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
